At home or in the Research Library you can now search NCHS Collections online. Follow the link below:

Due to the size of the collection, not all items are available in our online catalogue at this time. Please contact the Research & Volunteer Coordinator if you are unable to find what you need on our database.

Personal or professional researchers can use the Society's collections in two ways. 1. Researchers can visit the Research Library Tuesday-Thursday Noon - 4 p.m. and with assistance from volunteers, conduct research.
OR
2. Researchers can submit their topic of interest to the research staff, who will gather information from our archives for you. Research requests can be submitted via phone, email or visit during open hours. When requesting research, please include your mailing address, email and phone number. Research requests are usually filled within 7-10 business days.

Research requests are $15 for non-members; $10 for members.
Copies: $0.25 per page; $0.10 for students

Requests for Photographs
Photograph Scans: $10 per image (additional $5 if burned to a disc)

Reproduction Rates: If you would like to reproduce the image for use or in a publication, the fee is $50 per image ($40 per image for members and complimentary for non-profit organizations). The reproduction rate is in addition to the scanning charge. For example, one photograph scanned on a disc and reproduced would cost $65.
